Outsourced Systems and Network Operations

Cascadeo provides full-service network and systems operations for clients around the globe. This is typically done via a flat-rate operations agreement, but can also be done on an hourly basis if the expected workload is relatively low and the timing is flexible. We can handle as much or as little of the burden as our clients desire, serving as a completely outsourced operations team for some clients and as a senior-level escalation path for others.

Our retained operations agreements provide our clients with 24x7x365 senior-level engineering coverage, a predictable cost model, and a dedicated account management resource. Many of our clients use this in lieu of hiring technical operations personnel, and find it to be a remarkably cost-effective way to get the senior-level operations talent they need without the expense of an in-house employee.

The expenses involved with this service vary depending on the amount of work, the specifics of the systems, applications, and networks involved, and the expectations of the client in terms of service level agreements and uptime. Generally speaking, retained operations rates are significantly less than the expenses associated with standard hourly consulting rates, but can vary depending on the required level of service.
